Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 June 2026.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer enquiries, set up accounts and run the service:
- Enquiry details you submit through our form: your name, email address, website and a description of your business.
- Account and billing details when you subscribe: your name, email, billing address and the plan you chose. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Service information you share so we can produce your content, such as your products, prices and booking pages.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address and request logs, handled by our hosting and security provider to keep the site available and secure.
How we use it and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and setting up your account | Steps to enter into a contract at your request |
| Producing your content and delivering the service | Performance of our contract with you |
| Taking payment and keeping financial records | Contract, and our legal obligation to keep tax records |
| Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse | Our legitimate interest in a secure, working service |
| Occasional service updates by email to clients | Our legitimate interest in keeping you informed |
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors who help us run the service, under contract and only as needed:
- Stripe — to take and manage subscription payments.
- Cloudflare — to host and protect this website and its forms.
- Our email provider — to send and receive enquiry and account emails.
- Publishing platforms you ask us to post to on your behalf (for example your own website or social accounts).
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months if you do not become a client. We keep client account data for the life of your subscription and then for up to 6 years afterwards to meet our legal and tax obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and working. Our payment pages are hosted by Stripe, which uses cookies needed to process payments and prevent fraud.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated.
