Refunds & Cancellation

How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to cancel, or use the billing link on any Stripe receipt to manage your subscription. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
What happens when you cancel
- Cancelling stops all future monthly payments.
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and we keep producing your content until then.
- We do not charge an exit fee, and there is nothing further to pay once the current paid month ends.
Refunds
Because the service is delivered continuously through the month as we produce and report on your content, monthly fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once that period has begun. You keep all the content already produced for any month you have paid for.
We will give a refund in these situations:
- You were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation. We refund these in full.
- We did not deliver — if we fail to produce the content your plan covers for a paid month and cannot put it right within a reasonable time, we will refund a fair share of that month's fee for the work not delivered.
Your statutory rights
If you are a sole trader or other consumer buying away from our business premises, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By signing up and asking us to begin straight away, you agree that we may start the service within that period; if you then cancel within 14 days, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the work already done before you told us to stop. These rights are in addition to anything else on this page. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made through Stripe to the original card or payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
